So the cooling of thecharged air is not realised by the ambient air as cooling medium (as usual),but made with its own cooling water circuit. A reduction of the temperature ofthe cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance ofthe charged air. This is exactly where the advantages of the WAGNER TUNINGupgrade water cooler comes into play. The new developed competition racing coreof the WAGNER TUNING high performance water cooler increase the radiator volumeof the OEM water cooler by a total of 77 %. The calculated ratio between theinner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and allows atthe same time enough air flow for the surrounding components (for example theengine water cooler) for its own heat exchange. Furthermore, using an increasedamount of cooling water, the entire system thermics can be kept at a lowerlevel over a longer period of time.All WAGNER TUNING water coolers are equipped with a heat-conductive anticorrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect.
